Sales & Support Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to current sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.


Our ideal candidate is a professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.  You should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. He/She must be willing to work during night hours to match worldwide time zone (As we have users across the globe).


Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Coordination of product demonstrations and presentations
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
